DMCA & Copyright Compliance

Our Intellectual Property Standard
IPTV Canada respects the intellectual property rights of broadcasters, studios, and creators worldwide. We operate within the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Canada's Copyright Modernization Act (Notice and Notice Regime).
1. Intermediary Telecommunications Status
IPTV Canada does not maintain physical broadcasting transmission towers, nor do we host, store, or upload media files, video files, or copyrighted broadcasts on servers owned or controlled by IPTV Canada.
Our technology functions strictly as a conduit routing service and index locator, allowing consumers to interface their third-party client media software with remote streaming endpoints across public internet backbones.
2. Notice and Notice Regime Compliance (Canada)
Under Section 41.25 of the Canadian Copyright Act, copyright owners who suspect unauthorized dissemination of their work may submit a formal notification to designated internet service intermediaries. IPTV Canada processes all formal legal inquiries expeditiously.
3. Requirements for Filing an Infringement Notice
To enable our compliance desk to take immediate investigative action, a notice must include:
- Physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright holder or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Specific URL or data feed identifier alleged to be transmitting the content.
- Direct contact details of the complaining party (name, physical address, telephone number, and email address).
- A good-faith statement that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information provided in the notice is accurate.
4. Designated Copyright Agent Contact
