1. Nature of the Service

IPTV Canada provides high-performance data relay routing and digital playlist access (M3U / Xtream Codes) designed to connect personal consumer media players with internet-based television streams. IPTV Canada operates as an intermediary telecommunications infrastructure service and does not broadcast proprietary content directly from local terrestrial transmitters.

2. Canadian Dollar (CAD) Pricing & Non-Recurring Billing

All listed prices (12 Months: $90 CAD, 6 Months: $50 CAD, 3 Months: $33 CAD, 1 Month: $13 CAD) are denominated exclusively in Canadian Dollars.

• No Hidden Surcharges: The price advertised is the exact total required to activate the plan.
• No Auto-Renewal Traps: We do not automatically bill your credit card or bank account upon expiration. Your plan simply lapses at the end of the paid term unless you choose to renew.

3. Device Compatibility & Household Fair Use

Subscriptions are intended strictly for personal residential use by members of a single Canadian household:

• Household Compatibility: You may configure your credentials across supported devices in your primary household (e.g. Firestick, Smart TV, smartphone, tablet).
• Residential Personal Use: Accounts are provisioned for single-household entertainment. Concurrent streaming is monitored for fair residential patterns.
• Prohibition on Reselling/Re-streaming: Re-broadcasting, public exhibition, or distributing your credentials outside your household will trigger immediate security lockouts by our firewall systems without refund eligibility.

To experience stable 4K and 1080p 60 FPS streaming without freezing, subscribers must maintain a stable home broadband or high-speed mobile connection with minimum download speeds of:

• 15 Mbps for standard 1080p FHD streams
• 35+ Mbps for 4K Ultra HD and multi-screen streaming
